WordPress managed hosting from GoDaddy, License Key will not work.

Hello community, hope 2021 is off to a great start. Love the look of the Authority Theme, but after getting assistance from Notable just to install the theme successfully, I am unable to activate it and get the message: Sorry, That Is Not A Valid License Key." I have tried multiple installs, and anything else I can think of - I am a rookie, so there is much I do not know.

Do any of you have suggestions or time to instruct me in getting this project moving forward?
