Notable Theme delay — how do I set up myself?

Hi, I have waited over a week to get the Notable Theme set up and I am still waiting. I am anxious to get started.

The challenge is that I am not familiar with Wordpress and requested that Notable Theme would do the hosting and set up. I am feel quite lost right now because I bought the URL through HOVER, I signed up for the Notable Theme and signed up to get help set up with WordPress -- it stated that I should be set up within a week -- it is over a week. Besides, I got no confirmation email where this is in the process.

Do I just abort the process and set this up myself? Is the hosting included in the price? And will I ruin the process if I do. Thanks.
