can't get convertkit email form to show up on my page in the CTA section widget. i've gone through two rounds with 'support' which was pretty much useless. anyone have any ideas?

We're currently phasing out the direct ConvertKit integration, however, you should still be able to embed a ConvertKit form using the embed code provided by ConvertKit:

You can then paste that embed code into the "Form Embed Code" field in your CTA.
