Adding a Blog to this theme

Is there a video or other reference I can use to know how to do this? I want the Nav. bar at the top to say, Blog, but I don't want the blog to be present on the HOME page. What do you suggest? Not sure how to do this with a "one-page" site.

This would be a great feature to add to the theme.

Here's a workaround you could try in the meantime:

  1. Add a panel (any widget) with the menu title “Blog”
  2. In the customizer, add this code with the id of the widget you just added
