Embed a ConvertKit Form with a Notable Theme or Plugin

A number of the themes and plugins available at Notable Themes allow you to embed a form from your Email service provider—this includes ConvertKit.

For the embed to work properly, however, it’s vital that the correct type of form is selected to ensure it plays nice with our themes and plugins.

To ensure you get the right form embedded, follow these steps:

ConvertKit Landing Pages & Forms
Navigate to the Landing Pages & Forms area of your ConvertKit account.
New Form
Click “New Form.”
Form Select
Select “Form.”
Inline Form
Select “Inline.”
Clare Form
Select the “Clare” form with no added elements or external design pieces.
Embed ConvertKit Form
Once you’ve finished setting up your form, click the “Embed” tab and then copy and paste the Javascript code into your theme/plugin setting.
